Lockheed Martin Canada and HENSOLDT are joining forces to harmonize the German Combat Management System (CMS) landscape. This partnership will see HENSOLDT act as Lockheed Martin Canada's contractor in Germany, supporting the integration of the CMS 330 into German naval platforms starting early 2026. Developed in Canada and trusted by the Royal Canadian Navy and allies for over 15 years, CMS 330 is a powerful system that integrates shipboard sensors, weapons, and communications. This integration provides real-time situational awareness and coordinated decision-making for operators and command teams, while its open architecture ensures adaptability to evolving global security challenges. The system's interoperability across allied navies not only enhances efficiency but also reduces training and sustainment costs, accelerating critical decision-making in multi-threat scenarios.
